Perfect for a couple seeking a good stay
Arriving at the hotel was a pleasant surprise when the staff welcomed us like family and offered us complimentary drinks to refresh after our journey also the breakfast spread was incredible with so many options I had a hard time deciding what to try first.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for the quality we received.

The lobby's cozy decor made me feel right at home, and its accessibility was great for seniors like me. I loved the complimentary hot drinks station, perfect for warming up after a chilly day.
More seating in common areas would be helpful.

The hotel is perfectly situated with a great breakfast buffet that kept our kids happy. We enjoyed the fresh juice bar and the welcoming atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help us out when needed.
In my wife’s opinion, the only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped for all of us. More spacious family rooms would be great.

Oh, you're gonna love the square hamburgers at nearby Herzblut! Plus, Cafe Hoflinger is a cozy spot for that mid-afternoon caffeine fix. The staff were super friendly and the free coffee and tea bar is a nice touch. I had a fabulous stay in the Superior Room!

would stay here again and again
The superior room was modern with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area. Breakfast had fresh croissants and multiple kinds of organic juices. A 24/7 coffee and tea bar. Walking distance to the train station and Oktoberfest, which was super convenient. The staff were kind and helpful, showing great service.

The hotel's proximity to major transportation hubs was a great advantage.
The breakfast hours were quite limited on weekends, making it hard to eat before leaving.

The free coffee machine in the lobby was a real plus, especially when I had an early morning flight. The room was clean and cozy, with the option to change towels promoting sustainability. However, the area felt less appealing, and the room was quite small with limited storage. Accessibility was an issue with steps leading to the elevator, which made handling luggage cumbersome.
